Amy Lawson is an English Instructor and Instructional Designer at Charter Oak College.

She has been a big part of building the Newington Yoga Center community.

You may find Amy beside you in a class, working as an Assistant Teacher or moderating our monthly book club. She's also enrolled in our 2010 Embodyoga™ Teacher Training Program.
